Today, Dear Reader, the Drawing Lady is going to teach us how to draw a tree!
Dear Reader, please do not upset the Drawing Lady by asking her too many questions. The Drawing Lady hasn’t been able to digest a decent meal in six weeks, and we are lucky she has agreed to teach us how to draw a tree at all.
The Drawing Lady says the first thing we will need is a white sheet of paper and a King Size Permanent Marker.Perhaps you are asking, but why a white sheet of paper, Drawing Lady, when a tree is green? Why not a green sheet of paper?
Dear Reader, you are upsetting the Drawing Lady. Need she remind you that there are a lot of better things she could be doing with her time than to teach us how to draw a tree?Perhaps you are asking the Drawing Lady that if you do not have access to a white sheet of paper would be OK to substitute a green piece of paper since trees are green.
The Drawing Lady says that if you tell her that trees are green one more time she is going to have to resort to doing something drastic.
Now Dear Reader, the Drawing Lady says to please place our paper in front of us and remove the tops of our King Size Permanent Markers.
Perhaps you are asking, but Drawing Lady when are we going to start learning how to draw a tree?
The Drawing Lady says she will teach us how to draw a tree, but first we need to hold our King Size Permanent Markers directly under our noses and think about trees while taking many, many, many, deep, deep breaths.
And that concludes our drawing lesson for today, Dear Reader!
Until next time . . . I love you
